Drosera ramentacea is a sundew species native to South Africa. It is particularly noted for its lengthy, sprawling stem. This species closely resembles Drosera capensis in appearance but is distinguished by the fact that the hairs covering the plant are longer and more noticeable (D. capensis tends to have fewer and shorter hairs). Additionally, D. ramentacea has a greater tendency to form a stem and thrives in well-drained environments (D. capensis typically produces stems to a lesser degree and is confined to constantly wet habitats). D. ramentacea also shares similarities with D. hilaris, and both species can coexist in the same areas.Product Features:Endemic to South Africa.Covered in longer, more noticeable hairs than Drosra capensisPrefers well-drained habitats. Can share habitats with Drosera hilaris.Distinctive and RareAdditional info:For more info & photos visit our blog and our page Facebook and Instagram.
