For your kind consideration is this vintage Leedy 14×24 Broadway bass drum from the 1940s. The drum has a 3-ply mahogany shell and is in overall great condition. It’s an awesome player’s drum that tunes up well or it could be the perfect candidate for your 40s Leedy restoration project since the wrap has been removed. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. The bearing edges, beavertail lugs, and rods are original and present well. It’s sporting the aluminum script letter Elkhart badge that was used between 1930-1948 and has an internal date stamp of 4604 dating it to April 1946.
