Ingredients Dextrose (Glucose), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Natural Lemon Flavouring (Maltodextrin, Acacia Gum, Flavouring Preparations), Maize Starch, Sweetener (Sucralose), Riboflavin. Directions For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink. 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. Sports & Exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the instructions.
