Please be aware that we are a small team of technical specialists and during the warmer months we are often fully booked.  If you need advice please e-mail the tech team who will answer as time, and the person with the best skill set for your issue becomes available. To ensure consistent work flow the technical team have a daily diary of work and will answer e-mails during allotted consultation periods. If you have an urgent enquiry please book a slot to have a technician look at the issue.

Automotive electronic components, once professionally repaired and tested must only be fitted and adjusted by suitably skilled personnel. Correct installation and adjustment requires in-depth technical knowledge, the correct tools and a correctly functioning vehicle system in which the overhauled part is fitted.

Troubleshooting your motorcycle, fitting of parts and re-testing of parts supplied as serviceable is not included in the purchase price and we reserve the right to charge for this additional service. We would also like to remind customers that we are not responsible for misdiagnosis of vehicle systems. 

We encourage customers to  read thoroughly the machine’s workshop manuals, and to read our advice sheets, guides and fitting information, these are provided free of charge to download. These  are intended to assist, putting customers in charge of their troubleshooting. If you lack the experience necessary we strongly recommend that you consult a professional mechanic of your choice.
