Vesra, 5e Deepbound Warlock, Chaotic Evil

Vesra is a crafty servant of the depths. Not long after her Sorgenti* spawning, Vesra caught the attention of the Dark Scale Leviathan. From the ocean depths, it cocooned Vesra within its malignant power and bestowed upon her the ability to shape shift and spellcast. Vesra can appear as a human woman or as a scaly Sorgenti. She can walk on humanoid legs, flesh or scaly, or she can convert her gown into a squid’s mantle fins that allow her to swim. Her human hands are fair with long fingernails. Her Sorgenti hands have webbed fingers tipped with claws. Vesra’s voice echoes like sonar through the minds of others. In combat, she uses illusions, psychic spells, and her familiar to sow confusion. Then she closes in with her claws or vanishes into ink-like shadows.
