When you inhale these actives through your nose they work on the lining of your nasal passages to ease breathing and help relieve a stuffy nose caused by colds or allergic reactions. Ingredients Active ingredients: Menthol 125mg, Camphor 50mg, Siberian Pine Needle Oil 10mg, Also contains Methyl Salicylate, Nasal Stick (0.5ml medication) for nasal use Directions Directions for adults and children over 6 years: 0.5ml nasal stick. Use as often as needed. Insert well into nostril, holding the other nostril closed. Inhale deeply to make breathing feel clear and cool. For hygiene reasons, it is not recommended to not use for more than 28 days after first opening. Not recommended for children under 6 years. Caution Not recommended for children under 6 years.
